Als Production Activity Controller / Production Scheduler übernehmen Sie die Fertigungsablaufsteuerung einschließlich Störungsmanagement sowie die Fertigungsterminierung und taktische Neuausrichtung für die A330- und A350-Tragflächenausrüstung beziehungsweise Landeklappenmontage. Ihr Team steuert und koordiniert die lokalen Lieferabläufe von der Lieferantensteuerung mit Bestell- und Bestandsmanagement bis zur vollständigen Logistikausführung vom Lieferanten zum Verwendungsort in der Produktion.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Tägliche Arbeit in der Fertigung und auf dem Shopfloor sowie Unterstützung bei technischen Produktionsstörungen
• Kontinuierliche Verbesserungen im Zusammenhang mit fehlenden Teilen, potenziellen Engpässen und Nichtkonformitäten (NC)
• MES-Störungsmanagement in der Shopfloor Resolver Group sowie Ausführung des Fertigungsauftragsmanagements (FAUFs)
• Vorausschauendes Management prognostizierter potenzieller Fehlteile in EAGLE
• Eskalation wiederkehrender Probleme und Störungen sowie Anforderung von Unterstützung durch MFT (Multifunctional Team), APT (Autonomous Production Team), Arbeitsvorbereitung/ME (Manufacturing Engineering), MAP (Mise-au-Point), Qualität und weitere beteiligte Bereiche
• Unterstützung des Kapazitätsmanagements durch Antizipation von Kapazitätsschwankungen zur Sicherstellung eines stabilen Bedarfsmanagements
• Planung, Logistik sowie Liefer- und Konformitätsmanagement innerhalb der industriellen Lieferkette
• Koordination und Steuerung des Materialflusses vom Warehouse bis in den Produktionsbereich sowie lokales Verbesserungs- und Projektmanagement

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen oder ein technisches Studium, jeweils mindestens auf Bachelor-Niveau
• Jeweils mehr als zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in Arbeitsvorbereitung, Fertigungsplanung/-steuerung, Manufacturing Engineering sowie Produktionsplanung und -steuerung
• Mehr als ein Jahr Berufserfahrung in Disposition / Materialbeschaffung; Erfahrung als Production Activity Controller / Production Scheduler, zuvor Shop Floor Supporter / Supply Supporter, ist ausdrücklich erwünscht
• SAP-Kenntnisse einschließlich Detailfunktionen; erweiterte SAP-Kenntnisse für Tätigkeiten als Production Activity Controller und Production Scheduler sind erforderlich
• Vertieftes Verständnis von Transportmanagement und Logistik
• Digitalisierungsorientierung sowie erweiterte Kenntnisse der Google-Anwendungen einschließlich Pivot-Tabellen in Sheets
• Fähigkeit, technische Zusammenhänge und Funktionsweisen schnell zu erkennen und zu analysieren
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise zur termingerechten Zielerreichung und effizienten Koordination von Arbeitsabläufen sowie ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten für die Zusammenarbeit mit Ansprechpersonen aller Ebenen
• Deutsch mindestens verhandlungssicher und Englisch mindestens versiert

As a Production Activity Controller / Production Scheduler, you manage production flow, including disruption management, production scheduling and tactical realignment for A330 and A350 wing equipping or flap assembly. Your team manages and coordinates local supply activities from supplier management, including order and inventory management, through to complete logistics execution from the supplier to the point of use in production.

Your tasks

• Work daily in production and on the shop floor and support the resolution of technical production disruptions
• Drive continuous improvements relating to missing parts, potential bottlenecks and nonconformities (NC)
• Manage MES disruptions within the Shopfloor Resolver Group and execute manufacturing order management (FAUFs)
• Proactively manage forecast potential missing parts in EAGLE
• Escalate recurring problems and disruptions and request support from MFT (Multifunctional Team), APT (Autonomous Production Team), work preparation/ME (Manufacturing Engineering), MAP (Mise-au-Point), Quality and other involved functions
• Support capacity management by anticipating capacity fluctuations to ensure stable demand management
• Carry out planning, logistics, delivery and conformity management within the industrial supply chain
• Coordinate and control material flow from the warehouse to the production area and carry out local improvement and project management

Your profile

• Completed degree in engineering or another technical discipline, in either case at least at bachelor’s level
• More than two years of professional experience in each of the following: work preparation, manufacturing planning/control, Manufacturing Engineering, and production planning and control
• More than one year of professional experience in material planning / procurement; experience as a Production Activity Controller / Production Scheduler, formerly Shop Floor Supporter / Supply Supporter, is expressly desired
• SAP knowledge covering detailed functions; advanced SAP knowledge for Production Activity Controller and Production Scheduler activities is required
• In-depth understanding of transport management and logistics
• Digitalisation orientation and advanced knowledge of Google applications, including pivot tables in Sheets
• Ability to quickly identify and analyse technical relationships and operating principles
• Independent, structured and results-oriented working approach to achieve goals on time and coordinate workflows efficiently, together with strong communication skills for collaboration with contacts at all levels
• German at least at negotiation level and English at least at a proficient level
