APQP Umsetzung

- Unterstützung des APQP Standard Owner bei der Methods&Tools Definition

- Unterstützung des APQP Standard Owner und Deployment Leader bei der Konzern Group Umsetzung

- Unterstützung des APQP Leader bei APQP Umfangsdefinition & Umsetzung

- Sicherstellen der Überwachung aktuell definierter Programmumfänge

- Sicherstellen der planmäßigen Umsetzung (QPT)

- Konsolidierung des APQP-Status (Teilen des Fortschritts)

- Regelmäßige Überprüfung auf Einhaltung des Prozesses und Definition / Überwachung des daraus abgeleiteten Aktionsplans

Steigerung der Kompetenzen der APQP Masters & Champions

- Organisieren von Coaching-Sessions an verschiedenen Standorten...

- Organisation von Zertifizierungen an verschiedenen Standorten...

APQP AH-Netzwerk

- Organisieren von APQP Workshops, Foren,...

- Organisieren des Austausches von Best Practices

- Definition und Anwendung der APQP-Governance: Quartalsmäßiges Review der COM-33 Aktivitäten

- Organisation von Umfragen zur Kundenzufriedenheit
