Die Position unterstützt die Steuerung von Materialflüssen und Lieferanten im Produktionsumfeld. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Produktionsversorgung, Lieferperformance, Engpassmanagement, Lieferantenkoordination und Prozessoptimierung in der Supply Chain.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Überwachung und Steuerung von Materialflüssen und Lagerbeständen zur Sicherstellung der Produktionsversorgung
• Koordination mit Lieferanten zu Bestellungen, Lieferterminen und Qualitätsstandards
• Bearbeitung von Lieferengpässen und Entwicklung von Lösungen zur Minimierung von Unterbrechungen
• Pflege von Lieferantenbeziehungen sowie Unterstützung bei Lieferantenbewertungen
• Erstellung und Analyse von Berichten zur Lieferperformance und Ableitung von Verbesserungspotenzialen
• Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Produktion und Logistik sowie Mitwirkung an Prozess- und Digitalisierungsprojekten

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Supply Chain, Logistik, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar
• Erfahrung in Supply Chain, Logistik, Disposition, Materialbeschaffung oder Lieferantenmanagement
• Vertiefte SAP-Anwendungskenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit Google Workspace
• Airbus-Erfahrung und Skywise-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft
• Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher

The role supports the control of material flows and supplier coordination in a production-related environment. The focus is on production supply, delivery performance, shortage management, supplier coordination and process optimization within the supply chain.

Your tasks

• Monitor and control material flows and inventories to ensure production supply
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, delivery dates and quality standards
• Manage delivery shortages and develop solutions to minimize disruptions
• Maintain supplier relationships and support supplier evaluations
• Prepare and analyse delivery performance reports and identify improvement potential
• Collaborate with procurement, production and logistics and support process and digitalization projects

Your profile

• Degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, logistics, business administration or a comparable field
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, disposition, material procurement or supplier management
• Advanced SAP application skills and confident use of Google Workspace
• Airbus experience and Skywise knowledge are beneficial
• Independent, structured and result-oriented working style as well as occasional willingness to travel
• Business fluent German and English skills
