Sie unterstützen die Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Tools im Einkauf und in der Supply Chain. Dabei arbeiten Sie an SAP-nahen Transformations- und Digitalisierungsthemen in einem internationalen Umfeld.

Ihre Aufgaben
• Mitarbeit an der ERP-Roadmap und Unterstützung von Transformationsprojekten im SAP-Umfeld
• Erstellung von User Stories sowie Definition und Durchführung von Testplänen
• Begleitung von Datenbereinigungskampagnen sowie Überwachung und Validierung von Datenmigrationen
• Unterstützung von Anwendern bei operativen SAP-Themen, Berechtigungen und Change Requests
• Identifikation von Verbesserungs- und Automatisierungspotenzialen in Procurement- und Supply-Chain-Prozessen
• Mitarbeit an Digitalisierungsprojekten in den Bereichen RPA, Datenanalyse und Process Mining

Ihr Profil
• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt Einkauf, Supply Chain, IT oder Prozesse
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Einkauf, Supply Chain, IT-Systemen oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
• Sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse, idealerweise im Modul MM sowie Erfahrung als Power User oder Administrator
• Kenntnisse in S/4HANA, Prozessoptimierung, Datenmigration oder Testmanagement sind von Vorteil
• Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Interesse an Industrie 4.0
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen

You will support the further development of processes and tools in procurement and supply chain. Your role focuses on SAP-related transformation and digitalization topics in an international environment.

Your tasks
• Contribute to the ERP roadmap and support transformation projects in the SAP environment
• Create user stories and define and execute test plans
• Support data cleansing campaigns and monitor and validate data migrations
• Assist users with operational SAP topics, authorizations and change requests
• Identify improvement and automation potential in procurement and supply chain processes
• Contribute to digitalization projects in RPA, data analytics and process mining

Your profile
• Degree or comparable qualification in procurement, supply chain, IT, business processes or a related field
• Several years of experience in procurement, supply chain, IT systems or a comparable environment
• Strong SAP knowledge, ideally in MM, as well as experience as a power user or administrator
• Experience with S/4HANA, process optimization, data migration or test management is an advantage
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working with an interest in Industry 4.0
• Fluent German and English skills as well as willingness to travel occasionally
