Ihre Aufgaben

• Erstellung der Systemarchitektur komplexer optronischer und mechatronischer Produkte

• Systemaufbruch und Strukturierung der Elektronik-, Mechanik-, Optik- und Software-Anteile

• Technische Koordination im interdisziplinären Projektteam

• Requirement Management zur Definition des Entwicklungsumfangs

• Definition und Betreuung qualifizierender Tests

• Review von Entwicklungsergebnissen

• Abstimmung und Betreuung interner sowie externer Entwicklungsarbeiten

• Erstellung von Mengengerüsten und Mitarbeit an Angeboten

• Bewertung und Optimierung von Angeboten hinsichtlich Leistung und Kosten

• Abstimmung mit internen und externen Partnern und Kunden

• Festlegung von Prüfanforderungen, Aufbau von Prototypen und Mitarbeit bei Engineering- und Qualifikationstests

• Begleitung des Fertigungsanlaufs und Betreuung der Serienproduktion

• Mitwirkung im Bereich Ground & Naval Mechatronic – Entwicklung integrierter, elektromechanisch stabilisierter Aufklärungssysteme für U-Boote und maritime Plattformen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Mechatronik, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Physik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (mind. Bachelor)

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung komplexer technischer Geräte, idealerweise im militärischen Umfeld

• Erfahrung im Systems Engineering und Requirement Management erforderlich

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und SAP (Dokumenten-, Material- und Stücklistenmanagement)

• Erfahrung mit dem V-Modell und agilen Entwicklungsmethoden

• Kenntnisse in Tools wie DOORS, Enterprise Architect sowie idealerweise Creo oder Pulsonix

• Sehr gutes Verständnis von Fertigungs- und Montageverfahren

• Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Englisch versiert

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationstalent

• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kooperationspartnern von Vorteil

Your tasks

• Designing system architectures for complex optronic and mechatronic products

• Breaking down system components into electronics, mechanics, optics and software domains

• Technical coordination within an interdisciplinary project team

• Requirement management and definition of development scope

• Defining and supervising qualification tests

• Reviewing development results

• Coordinating internal and external development activities

• Preparing quantity structures and supporting offer creation

• Evaluating and optimizing offers regarding performance and cost

• Coordinating with internal and external partners and customers

• Defining test requirements, assembling prototypes and supporting engineering and qualification testing

• Supporting production ramp-up and series manufacturing

• Working in Ground & Naval Mechatronic on integrated, electro-mechanically stabilized reconnaissance systems for submarines and naval platforms

Your profile

• Degree in mechatronics, aerospace engineering, physics or similar (Bachelor or higher)

• Several years of experience developing complex technical devices, ideally in a military context

• Experience in systems engineering and requirements management essential

• Strong MS Office and SAP knowledge (document, material and BOM management)

• Experience with V-model and agile development methods

• Knowledge in tools such as DOORS, Enterprise Architect, and ideally Creo or Pulsonix

• Strong understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes

• German business fluent; English proficient

• Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, reliability and organizational talent

• Experience working with cooperation partners advantageous
