Sie unterstützen die Planung und Durchführung von Auswahlverfahren für Nachwuchskräfte im Unternehmensumfeld. Die Rolle verbindet Recruiting, Organisation und die Abstimmung mit internen sowie externen Schnittstellen.

Ihre Aufgaben
• Planung und Durchführung von Auswahlverfahren für Auszubildende und dual Studierende
• Prüfung und Vorauswahl von Bewerbungen anhand definierter Kriterien und Ergebnisse
• Organisation und Begleitung von Auswahltagen sowie relevanten Recruiting-Aktivitäten
• Steuerung der Bewerberkommunikation im gesamten Auswahlprozess
• Abstimmung von Auswahlentscheidungen mit Gremien und beteiligten Ansprechpartnern
• Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Konzepten und projektrelevanten Recruiting-Themen

Ihr Profil
• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Psychologie, Sozialwissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Personalwesen und im Recruiting
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationsgeschick und sicheres Auftreten
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und belastbare Arbeitsweise im dynamischen Tagesgeschäft
• Sicherer Umgang mit Google Workspace, idealerweise auch mit Workday
• Deutsch verhandlungssicher und Englisch versiert

You will support the planning and execution of selection processes for vocational trainees and dual students. The role combines recruiting, coordination and close alignment with internal and external stakeholders.

Your tasks
• Plan and execute selection processes for vocational trainees and dual students
• Review and preselect applications based on defined criteria and assessment results
• Organize and support selection days and relevant recruiting activities
• Manage candidate communication throughout the entire selection process
• Coordinate selection decisions with committees and involved stakeholders
• Improve processes, concepts and recruiting-related project topics

Your profile
• Degree in psychology, social sciences, business administration or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in human resources and recruiting
• Strong communication skills, organizational talent and a confident manner
• Independent, structured and resilient way of working in a dynamic environment
• Confident use of Google Workspace, ideally also Workday
• Business fluent German and proficient English skills
