Sie entwickeln und integrieren Systeme der Flugsteuerung, Hydraulik und Aktuatorik im Hubschrauberumfeld. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Konstruktion, Integration und technischer Betreuung über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus.

Ihre Aufgaben
• Konzeption, Detailkonstruktion und Integration von Flugsteuerungs-, Hydraulik- und Aktuatorsystemen
• Erstellung von 3D-Konstruktionen und Bauunterlagen in CATIA V5 und VPM
• Durchführung von Kinematik- und Toleranzanalysen sowie Integrationsstudien
• Abstimmung technischer Schnittstellen mit internen Fachbereichen und Zulieferern
• Betreuung von Produktänderungen, Obsoleszenzen und Lufttüchtigkeitsanforderungen
• Freigabe technischer Dokumente und Unterstützung bei Qualifikation und Zertifizierung

Ihr Profil
• Studium im Ingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar, alternativ Techniker mit Erfahrung
• Erfahrung in Entwicklung und Konstruktion im Luftfahrtumfeld
• Gute Kenntnisse in CATIA V5 sowie im Umgang mit SAP oder Windchill
• Verständnis für metallische Werkstoffe, Fertigungsverfahren und Integration von Systemen
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise

Your tasks

• Create 3D models and technical documentation using CATIA V5 and VPM
• Perform kinematic, tolerance and integration analyses
• Coordinate technical interfaces with internal teams and suppliers
• Support product modifications, obsolescence handling and airworthiness topics
• Release technical documents and contribute to qualification and certification activities

Your profile
• Degree in engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification, alternatively technician with experience
• Experience in design and development within the aerospace industry
• Solid knowledge of CATIA V5 and familiarity with SAP or Windchill
• Understanding of metallic materials, manufacturing processes and system integration
• Business fluent German and English skills
• Independent, structured and team-oriented working style
