Structural Dynamics & Aeroelasticity Engineer (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

For more than 25 years, HESYS Engineering has connected technical specialists with demanding assignments for customers in aerospace, defence and high-tech. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

As a Structural Dynamics & Aeroelasticity Engineer, you will analyse landing gear loads, dynamic ground loads and dynamic flight loads. Your responsibilities will also include modal analysis and aeroelasticity.

Your tasks

• Perform landing gear loads analysis
• Perform dynamic ground loads analysis
• Carry out modal analysis
• Analyse dynamic flight loads and aeroelasticity

Your profile

• Completed master’s degree or Diplom in aerospace engineering
• More than three years of professional experience in aerospace; experience in structural dynamics, dynamic loads and aeroelasticity is required
• Detailed specialist knowledge of MS Office
• Experience with FEM software HyperMesh/HyperWorks is mandatory
• Experience in Python and MATLAB is required
• Knowledge of NASTRAN and/or ADAMS is desirable; basic knowledge of Linux is advantageous
• Business-fluent English; German is advantageous
• Ability to work in multinational teams, a problem-solving attitude and the ability to work independently
