Teilprojektleiter Spares & Repairs (m/w/d) – HENSOLDT

In dieser Rolle steuern Sie Instandsetzungsaufträge im Ersatzteil- und Reparaturmanagement. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Kundenabwicklung, Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätssteuerung, Angebotserstellung, SAP-Prozessen und interner Berichterstattung.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Abwicklung und Steuerung von Instandsetzungsaufträgen im In-Service-Support-Projektteam
• Zentrale Ansprechstelle für Kunden während der Auftragsabwicklung
• Steuerung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualität für Reparatur- und Instandsetzungsaufträge
• Vergabe von Aufträgen an interne und externe Stellen
• Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen, Angeboten sowie kundenspezifischen Prüf- und Abnahmebescheinigungen
• Erstellung von Versandpapieren, Steuerung der Auslieferung und regelmäßige interne Berichterstattung

Ihr Profil

• Technische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation als Techniker/Fachwirt oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Alternativ abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
• Erfahrung in Angebotserstellung und Auftragsabwicklung
• Sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse in SD, CS und MM sowie detaillierte MS-Office-Kenntnisse
• Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher

In this role, you manage repair orders within spare parts and repair management. The focus is on customer handling, cost, schedule and quality control, offer preparation, SAP processes and internal reporting.

Your tasks

• Process and control repair orders as part of the in-service support project team
• Act as central customer contact for order handling
• Manage costs, schedules and quality for repair and maintenance orders
• Place orders with internal and external departments or partners
• Prepare cost estimates, offers and customer-specific inspection and acceptance certificates
• Prepare shipping documents, coordinate deliveries and provide regular internal reporting

Your profile

• Technical or business vocational training with further qualification as technician/business specialist or comparable qualification
• Alternatively completed degree in engineering or industrial engineering
• Experience in offer preparation and order handling
• Very good SAP knowledge in SD, CS and MM as well as detailed MS Office knowledge
• Strong communication skills, teamwork and structured way of working
• Business-fluent German and English skills
