Sie steuern und koordinieren Exportkontrollprozesse im Projektumfeld. Der Fokus liegt auf Prozesssicherheit, Reporting und bereichsübergreifender Abstimmung.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Sicherstellen eines durchgängigen Exportkontrollprozesses

• Abstimmen und Nachverfolgen von Prozessen mit internen Schnittstellen

• Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Prozesslandschaft im IT-System

• Aktualisieren von Richtlinien und Prozessdokumenten

• Koordination von Abstimmungen sowie organisationsübergreifenden Maßnahmen

• Erstellen von Reportings und Dashboards für interne und externe Stakeholder

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Recht oder vergleichbar

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder kaufmännischen Umfeld

• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Exportkontrolle und prozessorientierter Arbeitsweise

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, SAP von Vorteil

• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

• Strukturierte, präzise und kommunikative Arbeitsweise

You will manage and coordinate export control processes in a project environment. The focus is on process compliance, reporting and cross-functional alignment.

Your tasks

• Ensure a consistent and compliant export control process

• Coordinate and track processes with internal stakeholders

• Maintain and improve process documentation within existing IT systems

• Update directives and export control documentation

• Coordinate cross-functional actions and follow up on implementation

• Prepare internal and external reports and dashboards

Your profile

• Degree in business administration, law or comparable field

• Several years of experience in project management or commercial roles

• Solid knowledge of export control regulations and process management

• Confident use of MS Office, SAP is an advantage

• Fluent German and good English skills

• Structured, detail-oriented and communicative working style
