Um das internationale ERP-Team zu unterstützen, sucht Airbus Defence and Space einen IT-Experten: in SAP/ERP Customer Services und OTC. Sie werden Teil des ERP Delivery Centers und für nationale und internationale SAP-Lösungen auf einer oder mehreren SAP-Plattformen verantwortlich sein: S/4 HANA Core, ECC6 und SAP Public Cloud. Airbus möchte das funktionale SAP-Kompetenzzentrum erweitern und sucht Unterstützung im Bereich Kundenservices (CS) und Order-to-Cash (OTC) sowie für Exportkontrolle und globale Handelsdienstleistungen (GTS).
Ihre Aufgaben:

- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Business Key-Usern im 1st/2nd-Level-Support-Prozess für alle Komponenten der implementierten Lösungen: SAP-Standard, kundenspezifische Entwicklungen, zugehörige (technische) Aufgabenrolle sowie Schnittstelle zu Partner-Systemen

- Unterstützung des 3rd-Level-Support

- Unterstützung der Weiterentwicklung bereits implementierter Funktionalitäten in S/4HANA/ECC6-Systemen im Rahmen von Projekten und Änderungsanfragen als Teil des Serviceprozesses

- Proaktive Zusammenarbeit innerhalb des Kompetenzzentrums für Integrationsaspekte (Prozess und Daten)

- Beitrag im Rahmen des gesamten ERP-Transformationsprogramms von Airbus Defence &
Space (Transformation zur S/4 HANA-Ziellandschaft)

- Unterstützung bei Fit-Gap-Analysen (Anforderungen vs. SAP-Standard) und Beitrag im agilen Implementierungsprozess (Agile Release Train) sowie Migrationsprojekten

- Analyse der SAP-Produktentwicklung (hauptsächlich in S/4 HANA) hinsichtlich der Anwendbarkeit vorhandener Anforderungen. Dies umfasst sowohl Backend- als auch SAPFIORI- Entwicklungen. Analyse spezifischer Sachverhalte und Beratung der internen Kunden hinsichtlich der Machbarkeit im SAP-Standard.

- Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen

To support the international ERP team, Airbus Defense and Space is looking for an IT expert: in SAP/ERP Customer Services and OTC. You will be part of the ERP Delivery Center and responsible for national and international SAP solutions on one or more SAP platforms: S/4 HANA Core, ECC6 and SAP Public Cloud. Airbus wants to expand the functional SAP Competence Center and is looking for support in the areas of Customer Services (CS) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) as well as Export Control and Global Trade Services (GTS).
Your tasks:

- Close cooperation with the business key users in the 1st/2nd level support process for all components of the implemented solutions: SAP standard, customer-specific developments, associated (technical) task role and interface to partner systems

- 3rd level support support

- Supporting the further development of already implemented functionalities in S/4HANA/ECC6 systems as part of projects and change requests as part of the service process

- Proactive cooperation within the competence center for integration aspects (process and data)

- Contributed to the overall ERP transformation program of Airbus Defense &
Space (transformation to the S/4 HANA target landscape)

- Support for fit-gap analyzes (requirements vs. SAP standard) and contribution to the agile implementation process (Agile Release Train) and migration projects

- Analysis of the SAP product development (mainly in S/4 HANA) regarding the applicability of existing requirements. This includes both backend and SAPFIORI developments. Analysis of specific issues and advice to internal customers regarding feasibility in the SAP standard.
