IHRE AUFGABEN - RESPONSIBILITIES

Der Bereich mit seinen drei Abteilungen stellt sicher, dass die CM-Prozesse unter Berücksichtigung der vertraglichen Anforderungen wirksam im Projekt und am Produkt angewendet und die projektrelevanten CM Aufgaben effizient erledigt werden. Hiermit wird erreicht, dass die Projekt- sowie die Produktziele im Leistungs-, Zeit- und Kostenrahmen risikoarm erbracht werden.
Die Mitarbeiter*innen des Bereichs sind über den Produkt- und Projekt-Lifecycle den Projektkernteams zugeordnet. Sie arbeiten eng mit den Projektleitern bzw. Produktmanagern zusammen und werden mit dem Start der Planungsphase benannt.
Ihre Aufgaben:

- Definition und Festlegung von KM-Schnittstellen (intern und extern)

- Erstellen von KM Plänen in deutscher und englischer Sprache

- Erstellung von Produktstrukturen (Identifikation von Konfigurationseinheiten und Abbildung in den
KM-Tools)

- Sicherstellung der Anwendung des Konfigurationsprozesses

- Durchführung von Releaseboards (RBs)

- Bildung von Baselines und Bauzustandsfestschreibungen

- Durchführung des internen und externen Änderungsmanagements (Change Control Boards)

- Erstellung von Auswertungen und Statusdarstellungen

- Mitarbeit in internen und externen internationalen Projektteams

- Unterauftragnehmer- und Kundenkoordination

The area with its three departments ensures that the CM processes are applied effectively in the project and on the product, taking into account the contractual requirements, and that the project-relevant CM tasks are completed efficiently. This ensures that the project and product goals are achieved within the performance, time and cost framework with little risk.

The department's employees are assigned to the project core teams across the product and project lifecycle. They work closely with the project managers or product managers and are appointed at the start of the planning phase.

Your tasks:

- Definition and definition of KM interfaces (internal and external)

- Creating KM plans in German and English

- Creation of product structures (identification of configuration units and mapping in the KM tools)

- Ensuring the application of the configuration process

- Carrying out release boards (RBs)

- Creation of baselines and construction status specifications

- Implementation of internal and external change management (change control boards)

- Creation of evaluations and status displays

- Participation in internal and external international project teams

- Subcontractor and customer coordination

IHR PROFIL - QUALIFICATIONS

DE

- Studium des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder Vergleichbares

- Erfahrung in Projektabwicklung, Konfigurationsmanagement sowie den verschiedenen KM-Standards (z.B. ISO 10007, EIA-649 etc.)

- Kenntnisse in SAP PLM (Product Life Cycle Management) sowie Serena Business Manager/Dimensions von Vorteil

- Kenntnisse in MS Office

- Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Englisch verhandlungssicher

- Study of industrial engineering or comparable

- Experience in project management, configuration management and the various KM standards (e.g. ISO 10007, EIA-649 etc.)

- Language skills: fluent in German, fluent in English
