VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN - RESPONSIBILITIES

Die Abteilung TFACC Programm Controlling übernimmt die Rolle des Finance Business-Partners für alle Programme der Unit Combat Aircraft Systems.
Das Team TL1 übernimmt dabei die Betreuung aller Entwicklungs- und Serienfertigungsverträge, sowohl für die Nationalen als auch für die Export-Kunden. Es wird sich um sämtliche Finanzprozesse und um die kaufmännische Steuerung der Verträge gekümmert mit der Maßgabe, die Umsatz-, Ergebnis- und Cash-Ziele dieser Programm Unit zu erreichen.

Im Rahmen Ihrer Tätigkeit sind Sie verantwortlich für die Steuerung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung der in der Verantwortung liegenden Verträge. Dazu gehört die regelmäßige Erstellung einer Estimate At Completion (EAC) gemäß IFRS15 Regularien und in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen (z.B. Engineering oder Produktion) und den ProgrammManagern. Bei der Erreichung der Leistungsmeilensteine muss sichergestellt werden, dass diese gegenüber unseren Kunden zeitnah und gemäß der gesetzlichen Vorgaben in Rechnung gestellt werden.
Des Weiteren gehören folgende Tätigkeiten zur Ihrem Aufgabenbereich:

- Selbständiges Erstellen und Dokumentieren der Monatsabschlüsse inklusive des Jahresabschlusses

- Melden der Auftragseingänge und Aktualisieren der Vertragswerte

- Finanzplanungsprozesse wie z. B. Operative Planung, Forecast und regelmäßiges Reporting.Hierfür ist es erforderlich, mit den zuständigen Programm-Managern den aktuellen Status bzgl. der Abarbeitung der Verträge zu besprechen

- Steuerung des Cash Flows sowie der Kapitalbindung. Monitoring des Earned Values (für Entwicklungsprogramme) gemeinsam mit der Technischen Planung

- Erstellung von Gewinn- und Verlustrechnungen sowie der Cash-Flow-Rechnungen für die Plan- und Ist-Berichtung

- Ermittlung der Istwerte aus den relevanten SAP-Systemen und Erstellung von Soll-IstAnalysen

- Wahrnehmung der kaufmännischen Rolle im Risk und Opportunity Prozess inkl. der Teilnahme an R & O Reviews

- Ausarbeitung von Vorschlägen zu Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

- Unterstützung von Angeboten

- Die Betreuung der Eurofighter Entwicklungs- und Serienfertigungsverträge erfordert zudem die regelmäßige Abstimmung mit der Eurofighter GmbH inklusive der Teilnahme an internationalen Besprechungen

The TFACC Program Controlling department assumes the role of finance business partner for all programs of the Combat Aircraft Systems unit.
The TL1 team takes care of all development and series production contracts, both for national and export customers. All financial processes and the commercial management of contracts are taken care of with the aim of achieving the sales, earnings and cash targets of this program unit.

As part of your work, you are responsible for managing the profit and loss account of the contracts for which you are responsible. This includes the regular creation of an Estimate At Completion (EAC) in accordance with IFRS15 regulations and in collaboration with the specialist departments (e.g. engineering or production) and the program managers. When performance milestones are achieved, it must be ensured that these are invoiced to our customers promptly and in accordance with legal requirements.
Your area of responsibility also includes the following activities:

- Independent preparation and documentation of monthly financial statements including the annual financial statements

- Reporting incoming orders and updating contract values

- Financial planning processes such as B. Operational planning, forecasts and regular reporting. For this it is necessary to discuss the current status regarding the processing of the contracts with the responsible program managers

- Control of cash flow and capital commitment. Monitoring of earned value (for development programs) together with technical planning

- Preparation of profit and loss statements as well as cash flow statements for planned and actual reporting

- Determination of actual values from the relevant SAP systems and creation of target-actual analyses

- Perception of the commercial role in the risk and opportunity process including participation in R & O reviews

- Development of suggestions for improvement measures

- Support of offers

- Supporting the Eurofighter development and series production contracts also requires regular coordination with Eurofighter GmbH, including participation in international meetings
