We are looking for you as an Engineer in the A400M Manufacturing Engineering MRO & Retrofit for a project assignment with our well-known, international customer AIRBUS in Manching.

TASKS

The main workload of this job position is on Manching but Wunstorf and Langehagen support activities are also included. These activities are enclosed within a big organization covering all retrofit sites (Seville, Turkey, Getafe, Manching) and maintenance slots.
INNOVATION and digitalization: as business strategy, collaborate and support with Performance and Improvement and Innovation teams, deploying in the shop floor technological changes.
You work as an A400M Retrofit and MRO Manufacturing Engineer and the main tasks are:

Technical Support:
 At the beginning of your journey your focus will be on:

- Responsible of technical support of the A/C events

- Technical focal point with AMTAC/Engineering and CAMO

- Service Request creation and follow up

- Industrial impact/feasibility analysis of the repair/technical solutions

- Technical concurrence with Engineering for repair processes

- Definition and optimization of manufacturing processes taking into account technical and economic aspects

- Interaction with all manufacturing and support areas including finance, customer and program management office

- Lead future-oriented projects

Industrialization:
At the beginning of your journey your focus will be on:

- Responsible of industrialization and support to prepare the incoming A/C events to ensure a good transfer when A/C event starts.

- Creation and maintenance neutral plan in the systems: structure, routes, work orders

- Stablish Configuration Control methodology

- Stablish Neutral Build Process for Retrofit, Maintenance and Upgrades

- Definition and optimization of manufacturing processes taking into account technical and economic aspects

- Interaction with all manufacturing and support areas including finance, customer and program management office

- Lead future-oriented projects

QUALIFICATIONS

- Studies in aerospace or engineering or comparable

- Good Experience in aircraft maintenance and Technical Support is required

- Ideally knowledge of the A400M Aircraft is existing

- Solid Manufacturing / Manufacturing Engineering knowledge is necessary

- Knowledge in MS Office, SAP would be a plus

- Knowledge of A400M TOOLS ( OPAL, DOGS, AIRN@V) is desirable

- Language skills: fluent in English, German would be a plus
