AUFGABEN

Die Abteilung "Production Technology" entwickelt, optimiert und qualifiziert die Fertigungsverfahren und ist verantwortlich für den technologischen Support. Eine wesentliche Teilaufgabe beim Fertigungsanlauf von Leiterkarten ist der Transfer der technologischen Randbedingungen in das Manufacturing Data Package.

Hierzu muss ein tiefes Prozessverständnis an der Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklung/Konstruktion/Layout und der Fertigungslinie eingebracht werden.

Ihre Zuständigkeiten:

• Erstellung von projektbezogenen Fertigungsdokumentationen für PCAs (Printed Circuit Assemblies / elektronische Leiterkarten) in Datenbanksystemen wie Valor MSS Process Preparation / SAP-PLM
• Erstellung von fertigungsrelevanten Dokumenten/ Zeichnungen unter produktionstechnischen Aspekten (auf deutsch und englisch)
• Unterstützung der Entwicklung bei fertigungstechnischen Fragen
• Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Produktstrukturen
• Redaktion der Produktionsdokumentation / technischen Zeichnungen
• Kontrolle und Archivierung der Fertigungsdaten und Dokumentationen
• Mitwirkung bei der Aufwandsabschätzung für die Erstellung von Unterlagen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Konstruktion, Layout, Technologie und Konfigurationsmanagement
• Ansprechstelle in der Abteilung für Themen im Bereich SAP PLM und Produktionsdokumentation

QUALIFIKATIONEN

• Studium: vergleichbare Qualifikation oder Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik
• Berufserfahrung: Arbeitsvorbereitung, Fertigung / Produktion, technische Dokumentation
• Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch mind. verhandlungssicher, Englisch mind. verhandlungssicher
• IT: Berufserfahrung in Bereich SAP-PLM - vorteilhaft
• Kenntnisse: fertigungstechnische Kenntnisse in der Elektronikproduktion SMD/THT/Montage/Test, gute Kenntnisse in Elektronik
• Weitere Qualifikationen: Verständnis für Leiterkartenfertigung

TASKS

The “Production Technology” department develops, optimizes and qualifies the manufacturing processes and is responsible for technological support. An essential sub-task when starting the production of printed circuit boards is the transfer of the technological boundary conditions into the manufacturing data package.

This requires a deep understanding of the process at the interface between development/design/layout and the production line.

Your responsibilities:

• Creation of project-related manufacturing documentation for PCAs (Printed Circuit Assemblies / electronic circuit boards) in database systems such as Valor MSS Process Preparation / SAP-PLM
• Creation of production-relevant documents/drawings from production-related aspects (in German and English)
• Support development with production-related questions
• Participation in the creation of product structures
• Editing of production documentation/technical drawings
• Control and archiving of production data and documentation
• Participation in the effort assessment for the preparation of documents
• Close collaboration with development, construction, layout, technology and configuration management
• Contact point in the department for topics relating to SAP PLM and production documentation

QUALIFICATIONS

• Studies: comparable qualification or electrical engineering or mechatronics
• Professional experience: work preparation, manufacturing/production, technical documentation
• Language skills: German at least business fluent, English at least business fluent
• IT: Professional experience in the area of SAP PLM - advantageous
• Knowledge: manufacturing knowledge in electronics production SMD/THT/assembly/testing, good knowledge of electronics
• Additional qualifications: Understanding of circuit board manufacturing
