Für ein Projekt bei unserem bekannten, internationalen Kunden AIRBUS in Immenstaad am Bodensee suchen wir Sie als Entwicklungsingenieur / CAD/DMU-Prozessingenieur (d/m/w).

AUFGABE

• Unterstützen bei der Auswahl neuer CAD/DMU/PDM-Tools oder -Versionen, sowie deren Implementierung
• Spezifizieren der Anforderungen an die CAD/DMU/PDM-Tools und Unterstützung bei deren Entwicklung, Durchführung der entsprechenden Abnahmetests
• Entwicklung und Bereitstellung der CAD/DMU-Methoden und -Prozesse für die Konstruktion in den Airbus Defence and Space-Programmen
• Entwicklung der Methodik für die Generierung, Wartung und Datenextraktion des Digital Mock Up
• Entwicklung der Dienstprogramme zur Unterstützung der CAD/DMU-Prozesse und der Qualitätskontrolle
• Erstellung der Schulungsunterlagen über die CAD/DMU/PDM-Prozesse, -Methoden und - Anwendungen
• Durchführung des Trainings und Unterstützung der Benutzer in der Konstruktion/Entwicklung und Fertigung, u.a.
• Teilnahme an transnationalen Besprechungen zur Sicherstellung gleicher Prozesse und Methoden an den unterschiedlichen Standorten in England, Deutschland, Frankreich und Spanien
• Vertretung der Airbus Defence and Space Interessen in spezifischen CAD/DMU-Foren

QUALIFIKATIONEN

• Studium: Luft- und Raumfahrt
• IT: AutoCAD, Catia V5, PDM-Systemen und 3DExperience
• Nachgewiesene Expertise in der Handhabung und Modellierung von Baugruppen und Modulen von Catia V5/3DX
• Erfahrung in der Elektrischen Konstruktion mit Kabelbaumdefinition und - installationen wünschenswert
• Kenntnisse der Anwendungen (Tools) in der Konstruktion 
• CAD/DMU/PDM-Tools: 3DExperience (3DX), CATIA V5, Windchill - erforderlich
• CAPITAL LOGIC, EIS/SIDIE Elektrodatenbank), Visual Basic - wünschenswert
• Sprachkenntnisse Deutsch mind. versiert, Englisch mind. verhandlungssicher

We are looking for you as a development engineer / CAD/DMU process engineer (d/m/f) for a project at our well-known, international customer AIRBUS in Immenstaad on Lake Constance.

TASK

• Support in the selection of new CAD/DMU/PDM tools or versions, as well as their implementation
• Specifying the requirements for the CAD/DMU/PDM tools and supporting their development, carrying out the corresponding acceptance tests
• Develop and deploy the CAD/DMU methods and processes for design in the Airbus Defense and Space programs
• Development of the methodology for the generation, maintenance and data extraction of the digital mock up
• Developed utilities to support CAD/DMU processes and quality control
• Creation of training documents on CAD/DMU/PDM processes, methods and applications
• Carrying out training and supporting users in design/development and manufacturing, among other things.
• Participation in transnational meetings to ensure the same processes and methods at the different locations in England, Germany, France and Spain
• Represent Airbus Defense and Space interests in specific CAD/DMU forums

QUALIFICATIONS

• Studies: Aerospace
• IT: AutoCAD, Catia V5, PDM systems and 3DExperience
• Proven expertise in handling and modeling Catia V5/3DX assemblies and modules
• Experience in electrical design with wire harness definition and installations desirable
• Knowledge of applications (tools) in construction
• CAD/DMU/PDM tools: 3DExperience (3DX), CATIA V5, Windchill - required
• CAPITAL LOGIC, EIS/SIDIE electrical database), Visual Basic - desirable
• Language skills: at least proficient in German, at least business fluent in English
