We are looking for you as a Configuration Manager Space Systems for a project assignment with our well-known, international customer in Immenstaad on Lake Constance.

IHRE AUFGABE - RESPONSIBILITIES

DE

- Planung und Durchführung des Konfigurationsmanagements innerhalb der Projektlandschaft entlang des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus

- Identifizierung von Configuration Items und Sicherstellung der Konfigurationskontrolle

- Identifizierung von Anforderungen sowie funktionalen und physikalischen Eigenschaften von Configuration Items

- Erstellung von Konfigurationsbaselines

- Steuerung des Änderungsmanagements von Dokumenten Organisation, Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbearbeitung von Configuration Control Boards (CCBs)

- Definition und Pflege von Produktbäumen inkl. der configuration item list, des Baugruppenbaums,
der as-built Liste

- Überwachung und Steuerung des Konfigurationsmanagements interner und externer Lieferanten

- Zentraler Ansprechpartner für den Kunden bzgl. alle Themen des Konfigurationsmanagements sowie Unterstützung von Projektreviews in allen Projektphasen

- Regelmäßige Berichterstattung über den Status des Konfigurationsmanagements (Produktbaum, Baugruppenbaum, CIDL, ABCL, Änderungsstatus, RFD/RFWs…) an Projekt und Kunde

- Vorbereitung und Lieferung von Datenpaketen zu Projektmeilensteinen an den Kunden

- Unterstützung bei transnationalen Initiativen zur Verbesserung von Prozessen, Methoden und Tools in Bezug auf Konfiguration, Dokumenten- und Datenmanagement

- Beitragen der digitalen Transformation, um die Vision eines vollständig End-to- End-Datenflusses zu verwirklichen

- Unterstützen bei der Pionierarbeit zur Umsetzung neuer digitaler Arbeitsweisen, Prozesse, Methoden und Toolketten

- Unterstützung des Aufbaus des Links zum Thema Data Science und dessen Anwendung im Bereich

- Bereitschaft zur Mitarbeit in geheimen und militärischen Projekten

- Gewährleistung höchster Compliance-Standards in Bezug auf Sicherheits- und Exportkontrollvorschriften sowie den Airbus-Verhaltenskodex

- Planning and implementation of configuration management within the project landscape along the entire product life cycle

- Identifying configuration items and ensuring configuration control

- Identification of requirements as well as functional and physical properties of configuration items

- Creation of configuration baselines

- Control of change management of documents Organization, preparation, implementation and post-processing of Configuration Control Boards (CCBs)

- Definition and maintenance of product trees including the configuration item list, the assembly tree,
the as-built list

- Monitoring and controlling the configuration management of internal and external suppliers

- Central contact for the customer regarding all configuration management issues as well as support of project reviews in all project phases

- Regular reporting on the status of configuration management (product tree, assembly tree, CIDL, ABCL, change status, RFD/RFWs...) to the project and customer

- Preparation and delivery of data packages on project milestones to the customer

- Support transnational initiatives to improve processes, methods and tools related to configuration, document and data management

- Contributing digital transformation to realize the vision of a completely end-to-end data flow

- Supporting pioneering work to implement new digital working methods, processes, methods and tool chains

- Supporting the development of the link on the topic of data science and its application in the field

- Willingness to work on secret and military projects

- Ensuring the highest standards of compliance with safety and export control regulations and the Airbus Code of Conduct
