Als Systemingenieur entwickeln Sie die Testumgebung Radar Environmental Simulator für das Fighter Radar des Eurofighters weiter. Der Simulator bildet die Radarumgebung sowie im Testaufbau nicht vorhandene Radarkomponenten in Echtzeit ab.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Erstellung und Pflege von Anforderungen sowie zugehöriger Nachweise im Requirements Engineering und Requirements Management mit DOORS
• Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung des System Designs sowie Abstimmung von Anforderungen, Design und Nachweisführung mit internen und externen Kunden und Sub-Teams
• Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumenten, insbesondere Requirements Specifications und Interface Control Documents, sowie Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung von Dokumentenreviews
• Erstellung von Integrations- und Testkonzepten sowie Abnahmeprozeduren für das Test Equipment
• Aufbau der Testumgebung sowie Durchführung der Integration
• Planung und Durchführung der formalen Verifikation sowie Unterstützung des technisch verantwortlichen Systemingenieurs bei Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung des Entwicklungsprozesses

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Physik, des Ingenieurwesens oder eines anderen technischen Studiengangs, jeweils mindestens auf Bachelor-Niveau, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mindestens auf Bachelor-Niveau
• Mehr als fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Requirements Engineering und Systems Engineering
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Systemintegration und Systemverifikation
• Erfahrung im Requirements Management mit DOORS
• Freude an der Teamarbeit und am Finden innovativer Lösungen
• Deutsch mindestens verhandlungssicher und Englisch mindestens versiert

As a Systems Engineer, you will further develop the Radar Environmental Simulator test environment for the Eurofighter Fighter Radar. The simulator represents the radar environment and radar components that are not physically available in the test setup in real time.

Your tasks

• Create and maintain requirements and the associated verification evidence using requirements engineering and requirements management with DOORS
• Contribute to the system design and coordinate requirements, design and verification evidence with internal and external customers and sub-teams
• Create and maintain documents, particularly requirements specifications and interface control documents, and prepare and follow up document reviews
• Develop integration and test concepts as well as acceptance procedures for the test equipment
• Set up the test environment and perform system integration
• Plan and perform formal verification and support the technically responsible Systems Engineer in planning, steering and implementing the development process

Your profile

• Completed degree in physics, engineering or another technical discipline, in each case at least at Bachelor level, or a comparable qualification at least at Bachelor level
• More than five years of professional experience
• Several years of experience in requirements engineering and systems engineering
• Several years of experience in system integration and system verification
• Experience in requirements management with DOORS
• Enjoyment of teamwork and developing innovative solutions
• German at least at business-fluent level and English at least at advanced level
