Process Test Manager SAP (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

For more than 25 years, HESYS Engineering has connected technical specialists with demanding assignments for customers in aerospace, defence and high-tech. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

In this role, you will work as a Process Test Manager, planning and executing tests together with business and process owners. You will act as a quality gate for test cases, support new test solutions and coordinate between the SAP Test Team and the super user organization.

Your tasks

• Plan and execute tests together with the business and process owner community
• Act as a quality gate for created test cases
• Support the implementation of new test solutions
• Ensure effective communication and reporting towards all relevant stakeholders
• Establish best-practice processes based on business standards and act as an interface between the SAP Test Team and the super user organization
• Participate in updating and maintaining the test case repository in Jira as the test support tool

Your profile

• Completed bachelor's degree in computer science, business informatics or another technical field of study
• More than three years of professional experience in IT/information systems and more than three years of professional experience in project management
• Initial application knowledge of SAP as well as knowledge of Google Workspace
• Basic knowledge of change management and process management
• Business-fluent English skills; German is an advantage
• Jira/Xray skills are desirable
• Strong knowledge of best-practice frameworks, including systems, methods and processes, as well as strong communication and analytical skills and a structured, proactive working style
